I worked as a legal assistant for many years in Illinois. In 2018 I started working at HTCC. My goal is to ensure all customers and franchise owners receive excellent services. On the weekends I enjoy time off with my husband, sons and dog.

I’ve been with HTCC for 2 years and quickly earned a promotion from inside sales to operations manager. Excellent customer service and problem solving for our customers are things that I strive for daily. In my free time I enjoy fishing, kayaking, and camping.

Jacksonville native, in early 2018, I joined HTCC after working as a branch manager at a large moving company. I’ve had over 20 years in customer service and love working with people. Spending time with my family and supporting local businesses on my off time are some of my passions.

I was born and raised in Ohio and lived in South Carolina for 15 years where I owned my own business and developed strong problem solving and customer communication skills. In December 2017, I moved to Florida to be closer to family.

Tracey moved to Jacksonville in '95, and has made it her home ever since. Tracey has a medical sales/service background for over 20 years, and brings her skills of problem solving and maintaining solid relationships with her customers.
